About Frost

Frost is an online casino played in cryptocurrency. It offers the Frost Originals, games we build and run ourselves; slots and live casino tables from established game studios; and a sportsbook run by a third-party provider, which settles every bet.

Frost is crypto native. You have a separate wallet for each coin, and your balance stays in the coin you deposited, in that coin's own units. We never convert it behind your back. A figure shown in dollars is for reference only, worked out from live prices.

Every change to a balance, whether a deposit, a bet, a win or a withdrawal, is written to one ledger as a single entry that either happens in full or not at all, and a balance can never go below zero.

Every Frost Original is provably fair. Before you bet, the game commits to its result with a published hash, and once the seed behind it is revealed you can recompute every outcome yourself. The Provably Fair page explains the method step by step.

Slots and live tables from external studios run on the studio's own certified random number generator.

Every withdrawal is checked by a person on our team before it is sent. While it is in review, the amount is set aside for you and out of play. Approved, it is sent on the blockchain, where the network's own confirmation time applies. Declined, the full amount goes back to your balance, and you are told why.

You do not need to verify your identity to withdraw. In some cases, such as a security review, we may ask you for documents first, and your withdrawal waits safely until they are reviewed. Each coin and network has its own minimum, shown in the Withdraw tab, and there is a limit per withdrawal and per 24 hours.
