Bonus Terms

Last updated 28 October 2026

This is a standard template covering the required clauses. Final wording must be reviewed and approved by qualified legal counsel before launch.

These Bonus Terms apply to every bonus, promotion and reward offered on Frost, together with the terms shown on each offer and our Terms of Service.

1. General

1.1 These Bonus Terms form part of our Terms of Service. Each offer shows its own figures, such as the match percentage, maximum bonus, minimum deposit, wagering multiplier, maximum bet, eligible categories and expiry. Where an offer's own terms conflict with these Bonus Terms, the offer's terms apply to that offer.

1.2 Bonuses are offered at our discretion. We may change, suspend or withdraw any offer at any time, without affecting a bonus already granted under its terms.

1.3 Unless an offer says otherwise, amounts stated in USD are converted at the current rate into the asset concerned.

2. Eligibility

2.1 Bonuses are available only to account holders who meet our Terms of Service. An offer may be limited to particular players, such as new customers or players invited to it.

2.2 Welcome offers are limited to one per account and, because only one account is permitted per person, to one per person. Offers that share an exclusivity group count together towards that limit.

2.3 Some offers are not shown publicly and must be claimed from a link we send you. Eligibility for a claim-gated offer is checked when you claim it, and the offer is then armed for your next qualifying deposit.

2.4 Some offers require identity verification before they can be claimed. Where they do, the offer says so.

2.5 Some promo codes can only be claimed by players who have wagered a stated amount in the days before the claim, such as USD 50 in the last 7 days. Every real-money bet counts, in any game and any asset, valued at the current rate; demo rounds and bets the provider cancelled do not. If you have not yet wagered enough, the cashier tells you the amount and the period when you enter the code.

3. Receiving a bonus

3.1 Deposit offers are granted on a qualifying deposit at or above the minimum shown on the offer, such as USD 20 for the welcome offer. The bonus is granted in the asset you deposit. Apart from such an offer's own minimum, there is no minimum crypto deposit.

3.2 In the cashier you can choose which offer applies to your next deposit, or choose No bonus. If you choose an offer and your next deposit does not qualify for it, no bonus is granted and your choice stays in place for the following deposit. If you choose No bonus, no deposit bonus is granted until you change your choice. If you make no choice, the offer shown first applies.

3.3 Only one bonus can be active at a time. A new bonus cannot be granted while another is being wagered.

3.4 Promo codes are redeemed in the cashier. A bonus credited without a deposit, such as a promo code or a reward from our team, is wagered on the bonus amount only.

4. Wagering requirement

4.1 Each bonus has a wagering requirement, shown on the offer as a multiplier. A bonus, and any winnings attached to it, become withdrawable only once the requirement is met.

4.2 On a deposit-match offer, the wagering requirement is applied to your deposit plus the bonus, not to the bonus alone. For example, on a 100% match with a 35× requirement, a $500 deposit receiving a $500 bonus carries $35,000 of wagering. On a bonus credited without a deposit, the requirement is applied to the bonus amount only.

4.3 The bonus is granted in the asset you deposit, and only bets in that asset count towards its wagering. Bets in other assets do not count, and your other assets are not affected by the bonus.

4.4 Only real-money stakes count. Demo rounds do not count, and we may exclude from wagering any bet that is voided or refunded.

5. How games count towards wagering

5.1 Bets count towards wagering at a percentage of their stake that depends on the game category: slots and Originals count 100%, and live casino and table games, including Blackjack, Roulette and Ultimate Texas Hold'em, count 10%. Sportsbook bets count 0%: they never count towards a casino bonus's wagering.

5.2 These Originals count 25%: Baccarat, Crash, Dice, Hilo, Keno, Mines and Plinko. Limbo counts 50%. Climb, Coinflip, Dino and Goal count 75%.

5.3 Where a round carries stakes on opposite outcomes, such as Player and Banker in Baccarat, only the net exposure counts towards wagering.

5.4 An offer that can only be cleared in certain game categories says so on the offer (section 6). The rates shown on the offer you accepted are the ones that apply to it.

5.5 While a bonus is being wagered, you must not cover both sides of one round: red and black, odd and even, 1 to 18 and 19 to 36, all three dozens or all three columns on one Roulette spin, Player and Banker on one Baccarat hand, or Dragon and Tiger on one Dragon Tiger hand, at comparable stakes. Such a bet is not blocked, but it is recorded: your next withdrawal will be held for manual review, and we may forfeit the remaining bonus and any winnings still attributable to it. Hedging opposite outcomes across linked accounts is prohibited under section 12.

6. Restricted offers

6.1 Some offers can only be cleared in certain game categories; the Slots Deposit Bonus, for example, counts on slots only. Bets in other categories are not blocked, but they contribute nothing to the wagering and are recorded. A recorded bet holds your next withdrawal for manual review, at which we may forfeit the remaining bonus and any winnings still attributable to it.

7. Maximum bet while wagering

7.1 Where an offer sets a maximum bet, individual bets placed while the bonus is being wagered are capped at the amount shown on the offer (for example, $5 per bet).

7.2 Bets above that cap are not blocked, but they are recorded: your next withdrawal will be held for manual review, and we may forfeit the remaining bonus and any winnings still attributable to it.

7.3 On Blackjack and Ultimate Texas Hold'em, the cap applies to the whole hand: splits, doubles, insurance and the Play bet are added to the opening bet, and a hand above the cap is recorded once.

8. Withdrawals, tips and the vault during wagering

8.1 While a bonus is being wagered in an asset, withdrawals, tips and vault transfers in that asset are refused. A refused withdrawal does not forfeit the bonus. Your other assets are not affected.

8.2 To withdraw from that asset before the wagering is complete, you must first cancel the bonus. Cancelling takes back the bonus as set out in section 9; what then remains in that asset can be withdrawn.

9. Expiry, cancellation and forfeiture

9.1 An unfinished bonus expires after the period shown on the offer, counted from when it was granted. Some offers do not expire, and say so.

9.2 You can cancel an active bonus at any time from your bonuses page. A confirmation shows what will be forfeited before you confirm.

9.3 Losses come out of your own money first. When a bonus is cancelled, expires or is forfeited by us, we take back the bonus amount granted, capped at your balance in that asset, but never money you deposited after the bonus was granted. For example, after a $100 deposit with a $100 bonus: if your balance is $150 after losing $50, cancelling takes $100 and you keep $50; if your balance is $300, cancelling takes $100 and you keep $200. If you are down to $10 and then deposit another $100, cancelling takes at most $10, and the new $100 stays yours.

9.4 Closing your account forfeits any active bonus.

9.5 A bonus ends automatically, as lost, when its balance falls below USD 0.01 and nothing can still pay into it: no open game round or Crash bet and no provider game round awaiting its result. Nothing is taken, and your next deposit is not tied to the bonus. If your last bet wins, the bonus continues.

10. Free spins

10.1 Free spins are played on the games and at the bet level stated on the offer. Winnings from free spins are credited as a bonus and carry the wagering requirement of the offer that granted the spins, up to any maximum stated on the offer. Where that offer carries no wagering requirement, the winnings are paid as real money.

10.2 Free spins not used within the period shown on the offer may expire.

11. VIP rewards, rakeback and the Rank-Up Boost

11.1 Rakeback and other VIP rewards are credited as described on the VIP page. They carry no wagering requirement unless stated, and rewards that are unlocked and claimable do not expire.

11.2 Sports bets do not earn rakeback.

11.3 The Rank-Up Boost, earned when you reach a new VIP rank, is paid in one coin you choose within seven days, in seven daily instalments. Each instalment must be wagered once (1×) in that coin before it becomes withdrawable; an instalment not wagered when the next one arrives is forfeited. While an instalment is being wagered, withdrawals, tips and vault transfers in that coin are unavailable.

11.4 The amounts, rates and structure of VIP rewards are set at our discretion and may change at any time.

11.5 While a bonus is being wagered in an asset, rakeback on bets in that asset accrues at the game's contribution under section 5: a game that counts a quarter earns a quarter of its usual rakeback, and a game that does not count earns none. VIP progress is not affected.

12. Bonus abuse

12.1 Abusing bonuses, including through multiple or linked accounts, collusion, hedging or arbitrage, playing only low-risk positions to clear wagering, or any pattern of play whose purpose is to extract bonus value rather than to play, is prohibited.

12.2 Where we reasonably establish bonus abuse, we may forfeit the bonus and any winnings obtained with it, exclude you from future offers, and take any other action available under our Terms of Service.

12.3 Our decision on whether a bonus was obtained or used in breach of these Bonus Terms is made on the evidence we hold, and you may challenge it through our complaints process.
