Terms of Service
Last updated 28 October 2026
This is a standard template covering the required clauses. Final wording must be reviewed and approved by qualified legal counsel before launch.
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Frost, including every deposit, bet, bonus and withdrawal you make. Please read them carefully: by registering an account or using the Platform you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted them.
1. Who we are and what these Terms cover
1.1 These Terms are an agreement between you and Frost ("Frost", "we", "us" or "our"), which runs the Frost platform (the "Platform").
1.2 These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and us. They apply together with our Privacy Policy, our Bonus Terms, our AML & KYC Policy, the rules of each game and the terms of any specific promotion, each of which forms part of these Terms. Where a promotion's own terms conflict with the Bonus Terms, the promotion's terms apply to that promotion.
1.3 If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the Platform.
2. Definitions
2.1 "Account" means the personal account you register on the Platform. "Balance" means the funds held in your Account, held per crypto asset in that asset's own units.
2.2 "Original" means a game developed and operated by Frost, such as Crash, Dino, Mines, Plinko, Dice, Blackjack or Roulette. "Provider Game" means a game supplied and operated by a third-party game provider and made available on the Platform, including the sportsbook.
2.3 "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spins, reward or other benefit granted to you, whether automatically, by promotion code, on request or at our discretion. "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount you must bet before a Bonus and the winnings attached to it become withdrawable.
2.4 "Restricted Territory" means any country or territory from which we do not accept customers, as listed by us from time to time.
2.5 "Verification" or "KYC" means the identity, address and source-of-funds checks described in section 6 and in our AML & KYC Policy.
3. Acceptance and changes to these Terms
3.1 You accept these Terms when you register an Account, and again each time you use the Platform.
3.2 We may amend these Terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes to our products, to the law, or to how we operate. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed.
3.3 Where a change is material, we will notify you in the product or by email before it takes effect. If you do not accept a change, you must stop using the Platform and may close your Account as described in section 21. Continued use after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
3.4 Any bet placed before a change takes effect is governed by the Terms in force when it was placed.
4. Eligibility and territories
4.1 You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) and legally permitted to gamble where you live.
4.2 Whether online gambling is lawful where you are is your responsibility to check, and by playing you confirm that it is. Frost does not prohibit the use of a VPN or proxy, and will not void or withhold winnings because you used one.
4.3 If you arrive from a territory Frost does not serve, you are shown a notice saying so. The notice informs you; it does not check where you are, and Frost does not block sign-up, sign-in or play by location. Not playing where the law forbids it is your responsibility. We may ask you to verify your identity and address at any time, and a withdrawal can be held until the documents we asked for are reviewed.
4.4 The list of Restricted Territories is set by us and may change at any time. Registering or playing while resident in a Restricted Territory is a breach of these Terms. If we establish that you did so, we may close your Account, and winnings obtained in breach of this section may be forfeited. Deposits you made, less any amounts already withdrawn, will be returned to you where the law allows.
4.5 You may not use the Platform if you are acting on behalf of another person, if your capacity to contract is limited, or if we have previously closed an Account of yours for a breach of these Terms.
4.6 You must not open an Account or play if you are an employee, officer or contractor of Frost or of a game provider whose games you would play, unless we have agreed to it in writing.
5. Your account
5.1 One Account per person. If we establish that a person holds more than one Account, we may close the duplicate Accounts, and Bonuses and winnings obtained through them may be forfeited.
5.2 You must provide accurate, complete and current information when you register and keep it up to date. You must not register using another person's details or a false identity.
5.3 You are responsible for keeping your credentials and two-factor authentication (2FA) secure. When 2FA is on, every withdrawal and every tip requires a current 6-digit code from your authenticator app. Recovery codes are not accepted for withdrawals or tips, and after 8 wrong codes withdrawals and tips are locked for up to 15 minutes. Moving funds out of your vault requires a session signed in with 2FA. A recovery code can be used to sign in and to turn 2FA off. If you lose both your authenticator and your recovery codes, our support can reset 2FA after confirming your identity, and you are notified when it is reset.
5.4 You are responsible for all activity on your Account. Tell us immediately through a support ticket if you suspect that someone else has accessed it. We are not liable for losses caused by your disclosure of your credentials or by access you enabled.
5.5 Your Account is personal. You may not sell, transfer, lend or share it, or allow anyone else to play on it.
5.6 If you sign in through a third-party account, such as a social login or a crypto wallet, you remain bound by these Terms, and the security of that third-party account is your responsibility.
6. Identity verification (KYC)
6.1 You must provide accurate identity information and complete identity verification (KYC) when we ask for it. Verification is not required automatically to deposit, play or withdraw, but we may ask you to verify your identity at any time, for any reason we consider appropriate, including a security, fraud or compliance review.
6.2 When we ask, we will tell you which documents we need. Verification is tiered: proof of identity together with a verification selfie (a photograph of yourself holding a one-time code we give you); then proof of address; then evidence of the source of your funds. The tiers and documents are described in our AML & KYC Policy.
6.3 While a verification request is open, or while your Account is flagged as requiring verification, any withdrawal you request is accepted and held for review rather than paid, and tips you send are refused, until the documents we asked for have been received and approved. Once they are approved, a held withdrawal continues through our ordinary review and is paid when a member of our staff approves it.
6.4 We may reject a document that is unclear, expired, altered or inconsistent with your Account details, and ask you for another. A rejected document does not by itself hold your withdrawals: they are held only while a verification request is open or your Account is flagged as requiring verification. You can submit a replacement at any time. Providing false or forged documents is a material breach of these Terms and may result in closure of your Account and forfeiture of winnings.
6.5 We may suspend play or withdrawals until verification is complete. We process your documents as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Deposits
7.1 Deposits are made in the crypto assets and on the networks listed in the cashier. Each deposit address is specific to an asset and a network. Sending an asset, or using a network, other than the one the address was issued for may result in the permanent loss of those funds, and we cannot guarantee their recovery.
7.2 Deposits are credited after network confirmation. The number of confirmations required depends on the asset and network and on our payment provider. We are not responsible for delays caused by the blockchain or by third parties.
7.3 There is no minimum crypto deposit: any amount that arrives is credited. A card or wallet purchase has the minimum shown in its form. A bonus offer can set its own minimum qualifying deposit, shown on the offer, such as USD 20 for the welcome offer; a smaller deposit is credited in full without the bonus.
7.4 Where a card or wallet purchase is offered, it is carried out by a third-party payment provider on its own hosted checkout, under its own terms. The provider buys crypto on your behalf and sends it to us, and you are credited, in the crypto asset that arrives, exactly what reaches us after the card provider's own fee. We never see your card details.
7.5 Crypto deposits are free on our side: we pay our payment provider's deposit fee, and you are credited the amount you sent. The network fee for sending a transaction is set by the blockchain and paid from the sending wallet.
7.6 You may only deposit funds that belong to you and that are lawfully obtained. Deposits must not be made from accounts or wallets in the name of, or controlled by, another person.
7.7 The Platform is not a bank or a wallet service. Deposits are made to play. We may close an Account, or ask you to explain, where deposits are withdrawn with little or no play.
8. Withdrawals
8.1 You may request a withdrawal of your withdrawable Balance in the cashier, in the asset you hold, to an address you provide on a network we support for that asset.
8.2 Withdrawals are paid once any applicable wagering requirement is met and any identity check we have asked you for is complete. While a Bonus is being wagered in an asset, withdrawals, tips and vault transfers in that asset are refused until the Bonus is completed or cancelled. A refused withdrawal does not forfeit the Bonus; see the Bonus Terms.
8.3 Every withdrawal is reviewed before it is sent. We may hold a withdrawal pending an anti-fraud review, a verification request or a review of bonus activity, and we may ask you for information before releasing it.
8.4 Minimum withdrawal amounts apply per asset and network, as shown in the cashier. The minimum applies to the amount you receive after the network fee, and a withdrawal must also be worth at least USD 1 at the current rate. Daily and per-transaction withdrawal limits apply and may be set per Account.
8.5 You are responsible for entering a correct address, network and, where required, memo or tag. A withdrawal sent to the address and network you entered cannot be reversed, and we are not liable for funds lost because of an incorrect address, network, memo or tag.
8.6 Once submitted, a withdrawal request cannot be cancelled by you. If we reject a withdrawal, the amount is returned to your Balance.
8.7 Withdrawals are paid net of the network fee. Your Balance is debited the amount you request, and you receive that amount minus the network fee. The cashier shows the fee and the amount you will receive before you confirm. A withdrawal is refused if the fee is equal to or larger than the amount. If the fee our payment provider actually charges differs from the one shown, we absorb or keep the difference: the amount debited and the amount sent do not change.
8.8 We may pay a withdrawal to the same method or wallet from which the corresponding deposit was made where we reasonably consider it necessary to prevent fraud or money laundering.
9. Balances, value and display currency
9.1 Balances are held in the crypto assets you deposit and move with their market value. Any USD figure shown alongside a balance is an indicative conversion for display only, not a currency we hold on your behalf.
9.2 The value of crypto assets can rise and fall sharply. We do not guarantee the value of any Balance and are not responsible for losses in value caused by market movements, including while a deposit, bet or withdrawal is pending.
9.3 Where you enter an amount in a display currency, it is converted into the asset at the rate available at that moment, and the bet, tip or withdrawal is made in the asset. Prices come from third-party market sources. Where a price is unavailable, an action that depends on it may be refused until a price is available again.
9.4 Your vault, where offered, holds part of your Balance apart from play. Funds in the vault remain yours and remain subject to these Terms.
9.5 We do not pay interest on any Balance.
9.6 If funds are credited to your Account in error, they are not yours. You must tell us, and we may reverse the credit. Any winnings from bets placed with funds credited in error may be voided.
10. Games and fairness
10.1 Each game has its own rules, paytable and return-to-player (RTP), shown in the game. By playing you accept the rules of that game. If these Terms and a game's rules conflict, the game's rules govern the play of that game.
10.2 The outcome of every Original except Crash is determined by a provably-fair system: before you play, we commit to a hashed server seed, which is combined with your client seed and a nonce, so that you can verify every result once the seed is revealed. You can rotate your seeds in a game's fairness panel whenever no round is open on them, which reveals the previous server seed. Crash rounds are shared by all players and come from a public hash chain, as described in section 13. See our Provably Fair page.
10.3 Provider Games run on their providers' own random number generators and systems, under their own rules and certification. Their results are determined and reported by the provider, and the provider's record of a game round is conclusive.
10.4 RTP is a long-run theoretical average over a very large number of rounds. It does not predict the result of any session, and you can lose all of the funds you stake.
10.5 Where a game offers autoplay, automatic cash-out or similar features, they are a convenience. You remain responsible for every bet they place, and we do not guarantee that a feature will operate during a connection failure.
10.6 A bet is accepted when we confirm it. Rounds of Mines, Goal, Climb, Blackjack, Hilo and Ultimate Texas Hold'em, and continuous Coinflip runs, stay open until you finish them: if you disconnect, you can return to the round, and an open round does not expire. A Crash bet is settled when its round ends, and a Dino flight left running is settled by us; in both, an automatic cash-out runs on our server and pays at your target if the multiplier reached it. Other Originals settle each bet when it is placed.
10.7 Zero-stake demo rounds, where offered, have no monetary value and cannot generate winnings.
11. Stake and payout limits
11.1 Each Original has a maximum win per bet: USD 50,000 unless the game shows its own figure. The maximum stake follows from it: it is that maximum win divided by the highest multiplier the settings you choose can pay. On Mines and Hilo, where a round can keep growing, it is divided instead by what your first win can pay, so that first win is always paid in full; a round whose winnings reach the maximum win is then collected at the maximum win, automatically. On Plinko the maximum stake applies per ball. The bet panel shows the maximum stake for your settings, and a bet above it is refused.
11.2 For Originals we also set a minimum stake, shown in the game. A bet with a non-zero stake below the minimum is refused before anything is taken from your Balance.
11.3 Provider Games have their own stake limits.
11.4 We may change any limit at any time. A change applies to bets placed after it takes effect and does not affect a bet already accepted.
12. Malfunctions, errors and voids
12.1 If a game, a server, a network or a third-party system malfunctions, we review the rounds affected. Where a malfunction caused a stake to be lost or a payout to be wrong, we correct your Balance by an adjustment: we return the stake, or withhold or reverse winnings caused by the malfunction. For Provider Games, we apply the correction the provider reports.
12.2 In the event of an obvious error in odds or payouts we reserve the right to void affected bets. An obvious error includes a price, multiplier, paytable, result or credit that is plainly wrong given the market or the game's published rules, whether caused by human error, a technical fault or a third-party source.
12.3 You must not take advantage of an error or a malfunction. If you become aware of one, stop playing and tell us. Deliberately exploiting an error is prohibited conduct under section 19.
12.4 Where we void a bet, we return the stake to the Balance from which it was taken, in the same asset, unless the bet was itself a breach of these Terms.
13. Crash and Dino
13.1 Crash is a shared round in which every player bets on the same flight. Dino is a personal flight. In both, the multiplier rises until the round crashes, and you win if you cash out, manually or automatically, before it does.
13.2 Crash rounds come from a public hash chain fixed in advance and shared by every player; your own seeds do not affect them. The chain's commitment and salt are published, each round's seed hash is shown before the round starts, and its seed is revealed when it ends, so anyone can recompute its crash point. A Dino flight's crash point comes from your own provably-fair seeds and is fixed before the flight begins. Your cash-out is effective at the multiplier we record when we receive it, not the multiplier displayed on your screen, which can lag because of your connection.
13.3 Payouts are capped: Crash pays at most 10,000× and Dino at most 1,000× the stake. A round whose crash point is higher tops out at the cap and pays the cap. An automatic cash-out target above the cap is reduced to it.
13.4 A bet with no automatic cash-out target is subject to the maximum stake that follows from the cap under section 11.
14. Sportsbook
14.1 The sportsbook on the Platform is operated by a third-party provider. Markets, odds, acceptance of bets, settlement, cash-out and voids are determined by the provider under its own rules, which you accept when you bet.
14.2 The provider settles each bet and reports the result to us, and we credit or debit your Balance as reported. Questions about a sports bet are handled through our support, and we will refer them to the provider where needed.
14.3 Sports bets do not earn rakeback and earn VIP progress at a reduced rate, as shown on the VIP page.
15. Bonuses and promotions
15.1 Bonuses are subject to their own wagering terms; abusing bonuses (e.g. via arbitrage, collusion or multiple accounts) may forfeit the bonus and related winnings. Our Bonus Terms apply to every Bonus, together with the terms shown on each offer.
15.2 On a deposit-match offer, the wagering requirement is applied to your deposit PLUS the bonus, not to the bonus alone. On a 100% match with a 35× requirement, a $500 deposit receiving a $500 bonus carries $35,000 of wagering before the bonus becomes withdrawable. A bonus credited without a deposit, such as a promo code or a reward from our team, is wagered on the bonus amount only. The requirement in force is shown on the offer.
15.3 Where a bonus sets a maximum bet, individual bets placed while it is being wagered are capped at the amount shown on the offer (for example, $5 per bet). Bets above that cap are not blocked, but they are recorded: your next withdrawal will be held for manual review, and we may forfeit the remaining bonus and any winnings still attributable to it.
15.4 Where an offer is restricted to certain game categories, bets in other categories contribute nothing to its wagering and are recorded in the same way, with the same consequence at withdrawal. The same applies to a bet covering both sides of one round while a bonus is being wagered, as set out in the Bonus Terms.
15.5 We may change, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time, without affecting a Bonus already granted under its terms.
15.6 Losses come out of your own money first. When a Bonus is cancelled, expires or is forfeited, we take back the bonus amount granted, capped at your Balance in that asset, but never money you deposited after the Bonus was granted. A Bonus whose balance falls below USD 0.01 with nothing left that can still pay out ends automatically as lost: nothing is taken, and your next deposit is not tied to it. The Bonus Terms set this out with examples.
16. VIP programme and rakeback
16.1 VIP progress, ranks, rakeback and other VIP rewards are offered at our discretion. Their structure, rates, eligibility and the games that count towards them may change at any time, and they do not create any entitlement beyond rewards already credited or unlocked for you.
16.2 Rewards are credited in the asset in which they were earned unless the reward states otherwise. Rewards that are unlocked and claimable do not expire. Rewards still building in an open period are not yet earned.
16.3 Some rewards carry their own conditions, such as the Rank-Up Boost, which is paid in daily instalments in a coin you choose, each with a 1× wagering requirement. These conditions are shown with the reward and in the Bonus Terms.
16.4 We may withhold, reverse or exclude you from VIP rewards where they were obtained through conduct prohibited by these Terms.
17. Tips between players
17.1 Where offered, you may send a tip from your Balance to another player's Account. A tip is a gift: it is final once sent and cannot be reversed or recalled by you.
17.2 Tips are unavailable from an asset while a Bonus is being wagered in it, and are refused while your Account has an open verification request or is flagged as requiring verification.
17.3 Tips must not be used to move funds between accounts you control, to pay for goods or services, to transfer a Bonus, or for any other purpose prohibited by these Terms. We may refuse, hold or reverse a tip that we reasonably suspect is being used for such a purpose.
18. Chat and community conduct
18.1 Chat is offered to players who meet the eligibility requirements shown in the chat. You are responsible for what you post.
18.2 You must not post content that is unlawful, abusive, threatening, hateful, sexually explicit, defamatory or discriminatory; spam, advertising or referral links; personal information about another person; or claims to represent Frost. You must not use chat to arrange collusion or to solicit funds.
18.3 Our moderation may remove messages and mute accounts, automatically or by our staff. Chat messages are kept for 30 days and then deleted.
18.4 Nothing posted by another player represents our views, and we are not responsible for it.
19. Prohibited conduct
19.1 Money laundering, fraud, chargeback abuse and use of criminally-derived funds are strictly prohibited and lead to account closure. We cooperate with lawful requests from law enforcement.
19.2 You must not, and must not attempt to: (a) open or use more than one Account, or use another person's Account; (b) collude with other players, or share information to gain an unfair advantage; (c) use bots, scripts, automated play or any software that interferes with or automates play, other than features we provide; (d) exploit any bug, error or malfunction; (e) abuse Bonuses or promotions; (f) use the Platform to transfer value between persons other than by tips as permitted; (g) reverse, dispute or charge back a deposit you authorised; (h) interfere with the Platform, attempt unauthorised access, or reverse-engineer any part of it; or (i) use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
19.3 Bonus abuse includes, without limitation, hedging opposite outcomes to clear wagering at low risk, playing only low-risk positions to clear wagering, claiming offers through several linked accounts, and any pattern of play whose purpose is to extract Bonus value rather than to play.
19.4 Game outcomes are determined by a provably-fair random system (see Fairness). Any attempt to exploit a bug, use automated play, or manipulate outcomes is prohibited.
19.5 Where we reasonably establish prohibited conduct, we may void affected bets, forfeit Bonuses and winnings obtained through it, suspend or close the Account, and recover any loss caused to us.
20. Suspension and closure by us
20.1 We may suspend, restrict or freeze your Account, or restrict particular products on it, while we investigate a suspected breach of these Terms, a security incident, a verification matter or a payment issue, or where we are required to by law.
20.2 We may close your Account at any time on notice for any reason, and immediately where you have breached these Terms. Where we close an Account without a breach on your part, you may withdraw your remaining Balance, subject to sections 6 and 8.
20.3 We may temporarily suspend any game, product, deposit method or the whole Platform, for maintenance, a provider outage, a security incident or any other operational reason. Bets already accepted are settled under the rules of the game concerned.
21. Closing your account
21.1 You may close your Account at any time from your profile settings, after confirming with your password and, if it is on, your two-factor code.
21.2 Before an Account can be closed, its money must be settled: you must withdraw your Balance in every asset, wait for any pending withdrawal or deposit to complete, finish any open game round, and claim any rakeback or VIP reward that is claimable. A balance too small to withdraw is written off on closure.
21.3 On closure, an active Bonus or Rank-Up Boost is forfeited, and rewards still building in an open period are forfeited. The closure screen shows what will be forfeited before you confirm.
21.4 A closed Account cannot be used to play, and you will be told the Account is closed if you try to sign in.
21.5 We keep your Account, transaction, gameplay and verification records for five years after closure, after which your personal details are anonymised, as described in our Privacy Policy. Financial records are kept without anything that identifies you.
22. Play responsibly
22.1 Gambling is entertainment, not a way to make money. Only play with money you can afford to lose, and do not chase losses.
22.2 Frost does not offer self-exclusion, deposit or loss limits, cool-off periods or reality checks. If you want to stop, you can close your Account at any time as described in section 21.
22.3 If you are worried about your gambling, or someone else's, independent organisations offer free and confidential help in many countries, and we encourage you to contact one.
23. Intellectual property
23.1 The Platform, its software, games, content, designs, the Frost name and logos, and all related intellectual property belong to us or to the third parties who supply them to us. Provider Games and their content belong to their providers.
23.2 We grant you a personal, revocable and non-transferable right to use the Platform for your own entertainment in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, frame or create derivative works from any part of it.
24. Limitation of liability
24.1 The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect losses. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or available in any particular place.
24.2 To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for: losses caused by your breach of these Terms; losses caused by third parties, including game and sportsbook providers, payment providers, blockchain networks and price sources; losses in the value of crypto assets; or loss of profit, data, opportunity or goodwill.
24.3 To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in connection with these Terms is limited to the amount of your Balance at the time the claim arises, or the stake of the bet that gave rise to the claim, whichever is greater.
24.4 Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
25. Indemnity
25.1 You agree to indemnify us, our affiliates, officers, employees and agents against any claim, loss, liability or cost, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law or third-party right, or your use of the Platform from a Restricted Territory.
26. Force majeure
26.1 We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including outages of blockchain networks, payment or game providers, internet or hosting failures, cyber attacks, acts of government, war, civil unrest, natural disasters and epidemics.
27. Complaints and disputes
27.1 If you have a complaint, open a support ticket from your Account, giving your username, the date and time of the matter and the relevant transaction or round identifiers.
27.2 We will acknowledge your complaint promptly and aim to respond in full within 14 days. Where a complaint is complex, or depends on information from a third-party provider, we will tell you and aim to respond within 30 days.
27.3 Our records, including game round, ledger and provider records, are used to resolve a complaint. For Originals, the provably-fair record of a round can be verified independently.
27.4 If you are not satisfied with our final response, you may refer the dispute to the courts named in section 28.
27.5 A complaint must be raised within 90 days of the matter it concerns.
28. Governing law and jurisdiction
28.1 These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or with your use of the Platform, are governed by the laws of Belize.
28.2 The courts of Belize have exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute or claim.
29. General provisions
29.1 Severability: if any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force, and the affected provision is applied to the greatest extent permitted.
29.2 Entire agreement: these Terms, with the documents referred to in section 1.2, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Platform and replace any earlier understanding.
29.3 Assignment: we may transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms to another company in our group or to a successor to our business. You may not transfer yours.
29.4 No waiver: a failure or delay by us in enforcing any provision is not a waiver of it.
29.5 Language: these Terms are published in several languages. If there is any inconsistency between versions, the English version prevails.
30. Contact
30.1 You can reach us by opening a support ticket from your Account.
