Send on the right network

This is the one thing that matters most with any crypto deposit, so it deserves a careful read. Many coins exist on more than one network, and an address on one network cannot receive the same coin sent over another.

Each of your deposit addresses belongs to one coin on one network, and the Deposit tab tells you which. Send only that coin, on that network.

An example: if the screen says USDT on Tron (TRC20), sending USDT over Ethereum or BNB Smart Chain to the same address will not arrive in your balance, even though it is the same coin.

Before you confirm a transfer in your exchange, check three things:

1. The coin is the one shown in the Deposit tab. 2. The network is the one shown in the Deposit tab. 3. The address matches, character for character.

Important: crypto sent on the wrong network or to the wrong address may not be recoverable. If this happens, open a ticket straight away with the transaction ID, and we will see what can be done. Any recovery cost charged by the payment processor is passed on to you.
