A game will not load

A game that refuses to open is frustrating, but it usually has a simple cause. Try these steps in order.

1. Refresh the page. 2. Make sure you are signed in. Provider games need an account. 3. Turn off any browser extension that blocks content, such as an ad blocker, for Frost. 4. Try another browser or device.

If the game shows a message asking you to try again shortly, wait a few minutes and reopen it, or play another game in the meantime.
