Closing your account

If you have decided to leave Frost, you can close your account yourself, without needing to ask anyone. Because closing is permanent, it is worth reading this through first.

Before you start, withdraw everything you want to keep. Closing is not possible while you still have:

- Money you could withdraw, in your balance or your Vault. - A withdrawal or a deposit still in progress. - An unfinished game round. - A lottery ticket waiting for its draw. - Rakeback you have not claimed.

The page lists anything that is still in the way, so you know exactly what to do.

When you are ready, go to the bottom of your account settings and choose Close account. You will be asked to type CLOSE, confirm with your password, and enter a two-factor code if it is on.

Important: any active bonus is given up. Very small leftovers, too small to withdraw, are written off, and you are warned before that happens. Once closed, you are signed out everywhere and cannot reopen the account yourself. We keep your records for as long as the law requires.
