Forgot your password?

It happens to everyone. Getting back in only takes a couple of minutes, as long as you can open the email address on your account.

Here is how:

1. On the sign-in window, choose Forgot password. 2. Enter the email address of your account. 3. Open the email we send you and follow the link. 4. Choose a new password.

The link works once and expires after one hour, so use it soon. If it has expired, simply ask for a new one.

For your safety, every other device signed in to your account is signed out once you reset. If someone else had your old password, they lose access at the same moment.

No email after a few minutes? Check your spam or promotions folder, make sure you typed the address you registered with, then request a new link.
