How long do withdrawals take?

A withdrawal goes through two stages. First, a person on our team reviews it. Then it is sent on the blockchain, and the network's own confirmation time applies.

You get a notification at each step, so you always know where it is. You can also follow it in your transaction history.

Choosing the network marked as recommended can help. If we ask you for documents, sending them promptly avoids a delay.

Why every withdrawal is reviewed: a person checking each payout means nobody can empty your balance to their own address, even if they got hold of your password.

While your withdrawal is in review, the funds are set aside for you. If it is ever declined, the full amount goes back to your balance and the notification tells you why.
