Paying by card

Do not have crypto yet? You can still deposit with a card. A payment provider buys the crypto for you and sends it straight to your Frost balance.

Here is how:

1. Open your Wallet and go to the Deposit tab. 2. Under the coin list, choose "Global Cards & Wallets". 3. Enter the amount in dollars and create the request. 4. A secure checkout opens in a new tab. Pick a provider and complete the payment there.

Your card details are entered with the provider, never on Frost, so we never see them.

You do not need to press anything once you have paid. The deposit arrives as USDC, minus the payment processor's 1% fee, and your balance updates on its own. The minimum card amount is shown in the form.

Because the deposit arrives in USDC, it lands in your USDC balance. To play with it, pick USDC from the balance in the top bar.
