When will my deposit arrive?

Once you press send, your deposit travels across the blockchain before it reaches us. How long that takes depends on the network, not on Frost.

Your deposit is credited as soon as the blockchain confirms it. Some networks confirm in seconds. Others, Bitcoin for example, can take longer, especially when the network is busy.

While the network is confirming, we have already seen your deposit, and it is on its way. You get a notification the moment the funds land in your balance.

Still nothing after a long wait? Here is what to do:

1. Look up the transaction on a block explorer for that network. 2. Check it was sent to your address, on the right network, with any memo or tag included. 3. If it shows as confirmed there and has still not arrived, open a support ticket with the transaction ID.
