After you submit

Once your documents are in, our team takes it from there. Here is what happens next.

Your documents are reviewed by a person, and you are notified as soon as it is done. You can also see your status at any time in the Verification section of your profile.

If a document is rejected, the reason is shown in your profile, so you know exactly what to fix. Send a new one, and it goes back into review. A rejected document holds your withdrawals only while we have asked you for verification.

While a document request is open, withdrawals and tips are paused. Your balance is safe and nothing is forfeited. Once your documents are approved, tips work again, and a held withdrawal goes back to our ordinary review: it is sent when a member of our team approves it.
