The three levels

Verification comes in three levels. Here is what each one asks for.

Level 1: a photo ID (passport, ID card or driving licence) and a selfie.

Level 2: adds proof of address, such as a utility bill or a bank statement.

Level 3: adds proof of the source of your funds, such as a bank statement, a payslip or a tax return.

We only ask for a level when it is needed, for example during a security review. If we do, we tell you exactly what to upload, and your withdrawals wait safely until your documents are reviewed.

You can also choose to verify on your own at any time, from the Verification section of your profile. Whichever level you reach, it does not change your withdrawal limits.
