Why we verify your identity

For most players, verification is optional. Here is what it is, and when we might ask for it.

It confirms you are who you say you are, and that you are over 18. It adds a layer of protection to your account, and it helps keep payouts safe for everyone on Frost.

You do not need it to play, withdraw or tip. In some cases, for example during a security review, we may ask you for documents, and some promo codes need a verified identity.

You can verify voluntarily at any time, even before you deposit. It does not change your withdrawal limits.
