Taking your selfie

The selfie shows that the person sending the documents is the person on them. It is quick, and there is nothing to install.

Here is how:

1. We show you a short code on screen. 2. Write it on a piece of paper. 3. Take a photo of yourself holding the paper next to your face. 4. Upload it.

For a photo that passes the first time:

- Make sure your face and the code are both easy to read. - Use good light, facing the light rather than with it behind you. - Keep your face uncovered, without sunglasses or a hat.
