Withdrawals

Do I need to verify to withdraw?

No. You can withdraw without verifying your identity. Here is how it works, and when we might ask you for documents.

Every withdrawal is checked by a person on our team before it is sent. In some cases, that check leads us to ask for documents: a photo ID and a selfie, and sometimes proof of address or proof of where your funds come from.

If we ask you for documents, your withdrawal is still accepted and held, and we tell you exactly which document we need. Your balance is safe and nothing is forfeited. Once the document is approved, your withdrawal goes back to our ordinary review and is sent when a member of our team approves it. A rejected document holds your withdrawals only while we have asked you for verification; otherwise they stay open, and you can send a new document at any time.

You can verify voluntarily at any time, even before you deposit. It does not change your withdrawal limits. See the Verification (KYC) section for how to upload.
