"Please wager your deposit at least once"

If you see this message when you try to withdraw, nothing is wrong with your account. It is a standard rule, and here is what it means.

Before you can withdraw, the total you have wagered needs to be at least the total you have deposited. In other words, each deposit should be played through once.

Why the rule exists: without it, a casino could be used to pass money from one place to another without any play at all, for example with a stolen card. Asking for one round of play stops that.

Once your total wagers reach your total deposits, the message goes away and you can withdraw as usual.

Tips you receive from other players count as deposits for this rule, so they need to be played through once too.
