How to withdraw

Withdrawing sends your coins from Frost back to a wallet or exchange of your choice. It takes a minute to request, and you can follow every step afterwards.

Here is how:

1. Open your Wallet and go to the Withdraw tab. 2. Choose the coin, then the network. The cheapest network is marked as recommended. 3. Paste the address you want to receive on. Make sure it belongs to the same network. 4. Enter the amount. MAX fills in everything you can withdraw in that coin. 5. Confirm, with a two-factor code if it is on.

The amount leaves your balance straight away and is set aside for you while your request is reviewed. You get a notification when it is approved and another when it is sent. You can follow it in your transaction history too.

Withdrawals are paid net of the network fee. Once you enter an amount, the Withdraw tab shows the network fee and what you will receive. Your balance is debited the amount you enter, and the address receives that amount minus the fee.

You do not need to verify your identity to withdraw. If we ever ask you for documents, your withdrawal waits safely until they are reviewed. See the Verification (KYC) section for how to upload.
