Why can't I withdraw?

If the Withdraw tab will not let you through, it always says why. Most of the time it is one of a handful of reasons, and each has a simple fix.

Here are the usual ones:

- An active bonus on that coin. Finish its wagering, or cancel the bonus. Asking to withdraw does not cancel it. Your other coins are not affected. - We have asked you for a document. Upload it from your profile. - Your deposits have not been wagered once yet. - The amount is under the minimum or over a limit, or the network fee is as large as the amount. - The address does not match the coin and network you chose.

One more to know about: money in your Vault cannot be withdrawn directly. Move it back to your balance first, then withdraw.
